Head South!

The eur/usd (1.2536), gbp/usd (1.4615) and eur/jpy (116.28) are all making a run for key support areas.

GBP/USD Update

The gbp/usd held support at 1.4817. Waiting to see if it can make it back to resistance around 1.5050 OB.

Still not convinced the markets are heavily manipulated?

EUR/USD Trade Setup (Dec 19)

The eur/usd has a buy setup forming on the 1hr. Look for a place to get long around 1.39 – 1.3850 OB. Trail stops on the short from  1.47 and manage the trade.

Cad update

After moving up about 80 pips from the first entry area the cad has moved lower. We just received another 1hr close on the low. The buy setup is still valid.

USD/CAD Trade Alert (Oct 29)

Notice the buy setup on the usd/cad. Price is at 1.2297. Let me know if you have any questions.

The euro initially came down about 30 pips on the first try at the 1.47 handle. It has since pushed higher to 1.4865 into the NY close. Keep looking for an entry candle to get short. (IE. 4hr entry candle.) Please let me know if you have questions about the Rules of Engagement.

Patience, patience, patience and more patience...

Note the extreme volatility in the market today. A lot of the pairs that shot up are coming right back down. We have to have patience and let the market settle down so it can form the right setups we are waiting for. Just because the market moves doesn't mean there is a setup or that we should be trading it. Understanding what is going on behind is key to being able to read a chart correctly. Be extra patient during these times and let the trade come to you. We only need one good trade.
